Let's just focus on the dreamy kitchens. I never realized how much I love creamy white kitchens until I started looking through pictures and magazines. Almost all of my kitchen files have white or ivory cabinetry. I guess there's something just classic about it. I have a white itchen with nickel pulls and white appliances. We've got a really nice 12" creamy tile backsplash that was installed on an angle so it's in a diamond shape. Rather than a traditional kitchen light fixture, I found an old brass and crystal chandelier which I spray painted cream and hung over the kitchen table. At some point I'd love to add either soapstone or granite countertops. I just added red toile valances to the windows which I'm loving! Again, as soon as the digital camera is up an running, I'll post some pictures. Until then, here are some kitchens that inspire me:

I love all the pictures! I'm glad other people dream big!! I too stare at my circa 1976 cupboards and dream of what life could be like with an extra $25,000 + put into my kitchen! Hubby keeps pushing the idea of getting out the paint brushes & painting away on our cabinets, but I keep thinking of my 1-year-old, cat & 3-year-old who are home with me all day, and painting doesn't sound like so much fun!
Maybe I too should create a fantasy kitchen with pictures...incase I win Powerball, right?

Oh i love those! Our kitchen is ALL white cabinets, and ALL white appliances, I love it! Our walls are light green to match our dishes, which have green accents, then we have the nature wood pattern from pfaltsgraft!
Please tell me where you found that first kitchen picture of the wooden-farm house style sink.
Those are great kitchen pics. We're in the process of deciding how and what to do to our kitchen. I wish we could go all white, but it would me redoing the whole kitchen.
What pretty pictures! We recently remodeled our kitchen and what a difference it makes! I scoured magazine picts and kept them in a file until we were ready- what a help that was! I'll have to do a post on it soon.
